Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Provide patient care on an outpatient basis to include procedures normally performed in an urgent care setting Responsible for the delivery of care, treatment, and referrals. How you make a difference The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in patient care by contributing to the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
