RN Weekend Supervisor Key Duties · Manage and supervise nursing staff, Including RN’s, LPN’s, and CNA’s, to ensure the delivery of excellent resident care. · Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. · Monitor resident health and well-being, and coordinate with healthcare providers to address medical concerns. · Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed. · Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers to address concerns and ensure open communication. · Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
