Overview North Hills Division are offering 12-hour, 10-hour, and 8-hour shifts. All positions are salaried, guaranteed despite of actual hours worked. Choice of shift is completely up to YOU. Overview The NTA Division is searching for a talented FT CRNA to join their division! We are located primarily at THR-Dallas ( Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas ). This is a large, tertiary hospital and the flagship hospital for Texas Health Resources. We work closely with a variety of surgeons and perform a wide range of cases including orthopedics, general surgery, colorectal, urology, vascular, ENT/OMFS, neurosurgery, and gynecology. Overview The Trinity Division (Presby Plano, Baylor Frisco, Texas Health Frisco) is growing and looking for both experienced and new graduate CRNAs to join our team. Methodist Dallas is a Level I trauma center in downtown Dallas. The practice is a collegial and collaborative environmentof physicians, CRNAs, and RRNAs working in an anesthesia care team model. Our impressive group of CRNAs enjoy a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, while knowing that support is available if the need arises. Our CRNAs and RRNAs provide anesthesia for a variety of cases including general surgery, trauma, kidney and pancreas transplantation, orthopedics, ENT, vascular, plastics, bariatric, GI, IR, urology, OB, EP, and some neurology and cardiac. CRNAs place their own epidurals, spinals, arterial lines, central lines and some peripheral nerve blocks. The MDMC CRNA group has a priority system to determine a go-home order with early out and late shifts spread out evenly amongst the group. Currently night and weekend shifts are mostly covered by individuals who prefer to work those shifts, however occasional weekend shifts may be needed every other month to every 3 months depending on scheduling. Call responsibility is weekends only and consists of back-up call from home on Saturday 7-5 and Sunday 7-3 once every 6-8 weeks. You will receive additional incentive pay for these call shifts as well as early relief or an off day the following Monday. There is opportunity for set shift scheduling for those interested. Overview Our Spectrum Division position is Full-Time in a care-team model and will primarily work with common OR surgeries. There are no hearts, and good OB experience is a plus. Work location for the CRNAs would only include Methodist Richardson! Work schedule would likely be 4-ten hour shifts from 0700-1700, but this all depends on the needs of the day. Some days you could stay a little later or leave a little early. Call will be 4-5 weekends per year in OR. CRNAs will place and manage for OB in a supervised model. Overview The AMH Division (Arlington Memorial) of USAP is a dynamic group that is looking to hire exceptional CRNA’s to meet the needs of our expanding practice. Overview Our Mid-Cities Division (Texas Health Resources HEB) has a FT position available . The position is working in a care-team model and the schedule is 8 hour shifts each week. THR HEB hospital is a busy 250 bed hospital located in Bedford, Texas. There are currently no hearts or Pedi. Our CRNAs cover endoscopy, OB, Cath lab and the main OR. Cases in the OR include GYN, general surgery, orthopedics, urology, vascular, podiatry, and some ENT. This position requires no holidays or weekends. Occasional weekend call from home, 7am-5pm Saturday or Sunday. Approximately 7-10 call shifts per calendar year. Call taking positions also available to offer 24 hour weekend coverage, then up to seven days off in a row! Overview USAP's Denton Division now has a new opening for a full-time CRNA. This is a day shift position, no nights, no call, no weekends. The Denton division has a wide variety of cases, but there are currently no hearts or neuro. Position is based in a care-team model that offers a friendly staff and a great work life balance! Overview Exciting full-time CRNA opportunities are available in Fort Worth with our Anesthesia Associates of Fort Worth Division! These positions primarily serve Baylor Surgicare Center and Texas Health Surgery Center Fort Worth Midtown. Additional location options in Chisolm Trail and Willow Park. How you make a difference The Nurse Practitioner (NP) under the supervision of the Site Medical Director and other site Physicians, offers a comprehensive range of medical services to incarcerated patients in accordance with established policy and state guidelines. They ensure necessary documentation of services is provided to the Site Medical Director or designee to monitor the provision of clinical services. Additionally, they communicate scheduling changes to the Medical Director and H.S.A. and make arrangements for coverage of medical services if unavailable for an extended period of time. Key Responsibilities Conducts routine and emergency medical care for inmates, including chronic care clinics, infirmary rounds, and emergency treatment on-site. Adheres to established policies and procedures for medical care, including documentation in SOAP format, adherence to formulary regimens, and utilizing available in-house resources for treatment. Assumes responsibility and accountability for individual judgments and actions, while also reporting any concerns or questions to the Medical Director or Health Services Administrator. Maintains patient confidentiality and privacy in accordance with accepted practices for incarcerated individuals. Provides input into facility mandatory committees as requested. Qualifications & Requirements Education A graduate of an accredited school of nursing An advanced degree in an approved and accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Experience Prior medical/surgical and/or emergency/trauma experience and corrections experience is preferred. Must have the patience and tact to deal with the inmate patient population and ability to work effectively in the corrections environment. Scheduling flexibility is also required to be able to rotate hours and shifts, if needed, and to be called during emergency situations to provide coverage. Licenses/Certifications Must have and maintain current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner within the state of employment. Must have and maintain current CPR certification. How you make a difference The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides assistance and collects data in the delivery of patient care in a correctional setting, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. As part of this role, the LVN directs and guides patient teaching and activities in accordance with their education, demonstrated competencies, and the Nursing Practice Act (NPA). The LVN works closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and compliance with established policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Assist in patient assessment and treatment planning in accordance with the Nursing Practice Act and Correctional Health Services policies. Administer medications and implement medical plans as directed by the Health Care Practitioner, utilizing proper techniques and procedures. Respond to emergencies and maintain safety through the implementation of established protocols and precautions. Implement nutrition and therapeutic diets and assist in medical procedures as necessary to meet patient needs. Document nursing encounters and communicate information to healthcare staff and supervisory personnel. Qualifications & Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing Experience One (1) or more years clinic experience preferred Licenses/Certifications Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state employed.
