Requirements Master’s degree in Nursing and graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Unrestricted New York State Nurse Practitioner license. Unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) permit to prescribe all medications commonly prescribed in the course of the practice. Eligible to provide reimbursable services and maintain provider status with Medicare and Medicaid. Preferred Experience A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in outpatient care.
