Qualifications -Current New York State RN license (unrestricted). -Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; background in IDD, behavioral health, crisis care, or community health preferred. -Familiarity with OPWDD, OMH, and DOH nursing regulations and program requirements. -Strong clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and care coordination skills. -Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills. -Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based environment. -Valid driver's license preferred (travel to multiple program sites may be required).
