As the first comprehensive stroke center in Arizona, we take a multi-disciplinary team approach that involves nurses in the plan of care for the patient. Ratios flex between 1:3-4 and 1:6 in an RN/LPN team model. This is a Night shift and will require 3 shifts per week from 7:00pm-7:30am with weekends and holidays included on a rotating basis. On call, weekends, holidays: rotating with other staff.
