About This Position The Medical Assistant will manage the patient flow throughout the clinic and assist providers in the management and treatment of their patients. Patients come from a variety of backgrounds and various age groups requiring individualized care including infants, children, adolescents, adults, or geriatrics. Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary Don't miss this opportunity to join WashU's Nephrology Transplant team! Our team consists of 3 APPs in the outpatient setting and 1 APP in the inpatient setting. In outpatient, the APP sees their patients independently. For inpatient, the APP collaborates with Nephrology and Transplant Fellows. They will evaluate patients for kidney and pancreas transplant as well as manage immunosuppressant medication and post-transplant care.
