The RN visits multiple patients per day and collaborates with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and community resources to promote optimal patient outcomes while ensuring care is delivered safely, effectively, and in accordance with agency, state, and federal standards. Responsibilities: 1. Provide skilled nursing care that meets professional, regulatory, and organizational standards. 2.
