You will assist in interviewing applicants, scheduling, and participate in orientation and in-service education training. You will also participate in performance reviews, enforce personnel policies, and ensure compliance with regulations for documentation from physicians and nursing personnel. You will be responsible for assisting with care planning, Continuous Quality Improvement, and ensuring proper infection control techniques are utilized. Qualifications We are looking for an RN with a current license by State Board of Nursing and at least three years of nursing experience and one year of supervisory experience.
