Job Overview York Gardens - We have 76 Assisted Living, Memory Care and Enhanced Care apartments in a warm, friendly, convenient community. This position is responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the residents are met. Responsibilities Maintains current assessment and documentation of resident health status: Performs initial and on-going assessments per the applicable Minnesota Assisted Living regulations and Nurse Practice Act. Ensures assessments are completed every 90 days per regulatory requirements. Works with resident and/or responsible party through collaboration, education, and timely communication to ensure appropriate service and placement. As a Registered Nurse in our Oncology unit, you would help adult patients and oncologic malignancies. Our services include hematologic malignancy, gynecological oncology, solid organ tumor oncology, colorectal, plastic surgery, and gender affirmation surgery. Nurses are responsible for providing chemotherapy, radiation, and end-of-life care. We deliver complex medication and infusion therapies, blood administration and care for patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic surgeries, procedures, and interventions on the unit.
