Same day pay available RN Charge Nurse Position Purpose: Be in charge of a group of dedicated nurses, ensuring they are able to provide the highest quality of care for residents. Involved in hiring, orientation, monitoring skills and training. Working with doctors, obtaining medications, and maintaining accurate records of treatment.
