Minimum Qualifications: To qualify you must have a Current Registered Professional Nurse licensure in New York State, Baccalaureate degree in Nursing, 2 Years experience required, Certification in nursing leadership required upon eligibility, Ability to apply nursing process toward achievement of specific outcomes in an organized fashion to address patient/family satisfaction and quality indicators, Evidence of excellent communication (both oral and written), interpersonal, organization, critical thinking, problem solving, and leadership skills, Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association, Physical stamina, manual, dexterity, visual and aural acuity to perform responsibilities.
