Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse Pay Class: Part-Time Shift Available: Evening and Overnight Shifts available Site Location: Pensacola Development Center, FL 32506 Hourly Rate of Pay: $29.00 This is a fantastic role to continue your nursing career path and work within a setting that offers variety and rewarding challenges. Provide training to staff members including universal precautions, infection control, and medication administration. Serve as liaison and advocate with other medical and professional service providers as well as work with external agencies to coordinate services and ensure consistent treatment of individuals receiving care. Provide training for individuals served with topics including self-medication, prescribed treatments, sex education/STD prevention, and smoking cessation. Essential Job Duties: Conduct complete nursing assessment of all admissions including risk assessments, educational needs, and medication review. Completes all required nursing documents within established time frame. Actively participate in treatment team decisions, assess patient needs, design and implement programs, and document / evaluate patient responses. Ensure patient’s medication & treatment are administered as prescribed and that documentation reflects the care provided. Initiate and account for Special Treatment Procedures to include Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, and assist provider in initial TMS assessments and provides all follow up TMS sessions to include proper documentation and billing requirements. Complete needed documentation for insurance authorization and verification for all TMS patients as assigned. Assist Manager in day to day operations to include answering phones, scheduling and verifying patient appointments, filing of paperwork, putting together/breaking down charts, and billing for IOP patients.
