As a Weekend In-House Nurse Practitioner , you will be supporting the primary provider of internal medicine services within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Strong clinical background in primary care and preventive medicine. Geriatric or adult medicine experience preferred, with a focus on skilled nursing, long-term care, hospice, palliative care, or similar settings. Ability to engage and communicate effectively with elderly and chronically ill patients and their families. Ability to maximize onsite time to develop robust caseloads Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Health Plan benefit structures is a plus.
