M30 is a 13-bed ICU Stepdown Unit that provides specialized care for patients ranging from newborns to young adults (up to age 26). The unit primarily cares for respiratory and post-surgical patients, serving as a bridge between intensive care and general inpatient units. As an upskilled unit, M30 nurses are trained to manage higher-acuity patients under the ICU service, offering an advanced level of care beyond that of a standard medical-surgical floor. As an RN Resident, you will assist fellow caregivers in providing exceptional care, from initial introduction to discharge. In this role, you will interact directly with patients, families and visitors, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and provide healthcare education as needed.
