Maintains the Environment of Care, providing Homemaker Services in order to maintain the patient’s comfort and to provide a healthy, safe environment. The Hospice Nursing Assistant will have primary assignment to Home Care or Inpatient Care, but is expected to help in areas of need within any division/department of HOSG as directed by the Nurse Manager/RN. Assists with medication and supply pick up and delivery as needed. As agency need requires, may assist with clerical duties such as answering phones and/or call lights. Other responsibilities include maintaining inventory and organization of basic medical supplies and DME. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Preferred high school graduate or GED equivalent Required current State of Georgia certification.
