Who We Care For We specialize in the management of patients with: Acute ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, including post-thrombectomy care Aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage Status epilepticus and other complex seizure disorders Post-cardiac arrest patients requiring target temperature management or EVD/ICP PbO2 management Severe neuromuscular conditions (e.g., myasthenic or Guillain-Barré crises) Neurosurgical patients, including those undergoing: Brain tumor resections Craniotomies External ventricular drain (EVD) placement and management Patients requiring advanced neurological monitoring such as continuous EEG, pupillometry, PbO2 monitoring The acuity of our patients requires nurses to be vigilant, confident in neuro assessments, and quick to act. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
