Oversee and provide support to facility staff throughout the MDS assessment and documentation process as needed. Monitor and analyze Quality Measure (QM) reports to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas requiring corrective action. Participate in facility meetings, Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives, and interdisciplinary care conferences as required. Maintain accurate and current ICD-10 coding for all residents. Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) to manage MDS assessment schedules, documentation, care planning, coding, and submission processes.
