Position Summary: We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our patient-centered team. Under supervision, the RN provides direct and indirect patient care services in an acute care and/or non-acute care setting. Job Description Job Summary: The Coordinator-Heart Transplant 1 RN functions in collaboration with the Coordinator-Transplant Two (2) RN. Applies the nursing process based on knowledge of cardiac disease and cardiac transplantation to case manage and coordinate all aspects of the national and international cardiac transplantation process for patients of all ages. Collaborates with Coordinator- Transplant Two (2) RN and Medical Director to coordinate the transplant interdisciplinary medical care delivery system.
