Assist with recruitment, retention, and development of nursing leadership staff. Support facilities during transitions, leadership vacancies, and special projects as needed. Qualifications Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State. Minimum of five (5) years of nursing leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting. Previous experience as a Director of Nursing, Regional Nurse Consultant, Clinical Consultant, or similar leadership role strongly preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, infection prevention, quality measures, and long-term care operations. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
