Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) II is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame. Duties of Hospice Registered Nurse Include: Completes an initial, comprehensive and ongoing comprehensive assessment of patient and family to determine hospice needs. This consultant will be responsible for providing expertise, leadership, modeling, and support for organization-wide initiatives.
