How You'll Make an Impact We are hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with acute care experience in ER, Urgent Care, or Internal Medicine to join our growing team serving the Orange County, CA community. Our field based Advanced Practice Providers are equipped with everything needed to treat common to complex injuries and illnesses in the home through comprehensive health assessments, including diagnosis, treatment, and outcome management, for patients of all ages. Our innovative model allows us to provide definitive care in the home, including point of care laboratory studies, minor procedures, splinting, wound care, suturing, IV fluid and medication administration. We provide whole person care by facilitating timely follow up and care coordination. What You'll Do Salary range: $149,000 - $156,000/year If you elect to work additional shifts, you will receive extra shift pay (in addition to your salary) Flexible Shifts: 10-hour shifts (8:00am - 6:00pm or 10:00am - 8:00pm) Work-Life Balance: You’ll be required to work 3-4 shifts per week , this would include the requirement of every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday). If you elect to work additional shifts, you will receive extra shift pay (in addition to your salary). Holiday Schedule: You are expected to work three (3) holidays annually. 1:1 patient ratio , see 4-7 patients per shift.
