Assures the delivery of comprehensive, safe, effective and appropriate nursing care in accordance with the established philosophy, policies and procedures of the Nursing Department. Experience Minimum of one-year nursing experience. Bachelor of Science in nursing or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team approach. Demonstrates leadership ability, good communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills. Job DescriptionAs a team member, must be able to utilize a team approach and provide clinical leadership. Assures the delivery of comprehensive, safe, effective and appropriate nursing care in accordance with the established philosophy, policies and procedures of the Nursing Department.
