The Registered Nurse is a member of an interdisciplinary care team. This role provides patient centric care and is primarily responsible for nursing assessment and diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The Clinical Nurse Coordinator provides clinical support to medical providers, providing care management to their entire panel of patients. As the primary point of contact for complex outpatients, the Clinical Nurse Coordinator provides continuity of care through nursing assessments, triage, patient education and care coordination. The clinical nurse coordinator is an integral part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team which collaborates closely to provide the highest level of care for patients. This position is 1.0 FTE, 40 hours/week. Active participation in continuing education, departmental projects, committee work, and quality improvement initiatives Qualifications Required: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing Must have current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license or current NLC multistate license (MSL); and MSL primary state of residence must be updated to WA within 60 days of hire. This requirement may be waived under specific circumstances, subject to approval. Preferred: BSN prepared nurse OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) or BMT RN 2 years of oncology nursing experience Previous telephone triage experience Previous outpatient clinic experience Takes initiative Good communication skills Skilled at multitasking and organization The hourly pay range for this position is from $47.64 to $88.19 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
