Key Responsibilities Escort residents safely to and from clinic and dialysis appointments. Arrive one hour prior to scheduled clinic appointments. Maintain a full nursing uniform and wear your ID badge at all times, both in the facility and at the clinic. Assist residents in preparing for their appointments. Ensure residents receive appropriate out-on-pass snacks. Monitor residents closely to prevent falls and altercations, intervening immediately as needed.
