Key Responsibilities: Supervise and evaluate nursing staff, including orientation and ongoing training. Oversee implementation of resident care plans and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Serve as a liaison between nursing staff and Unit Manager. Review daily patient conditions, occurrence reports, and handle medical emergencies.
