Work Experience: None Licensure: Any one of the following: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the State of Florida within 120 days of start date and maintained OR Currently holds Certified Nursing Assistant licensure in another U.S. state and is seeking the State of Florida licensure within 120 days of start date and maintained. Job Requirements POSITION SUMMARY To be fully engaged in providing Quality/No Harm, Customer Service and Stewardship by functioning as part of a multidisciplinary team in an outpatient setting. The Oncology Clinic RN acts as a patient advocate, educator, and care coordinator for a specific patient population across the continuum of care. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITES Coordinate the multidisciplinary team (physicians, advanced practice nurses and other support staff) approach to connect patients with integrated, comprehensive services, specific to their condition. Follows Chemotherapy dosing based on National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) or other Chemotherapy guidelines with coordination of complex chemotherapy regimens with infusion and pharmacy staff.
