Clinical Manager (Registered Nurse) – Home Health & Group Homes Position Summary The Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing clinical operations across home health services and affiliated group home locations. This role requires a highly experienced Registered Nurse with strong knowledge of OASIS, care planning, and regulatory compliance. The Clinical Manager serves as the primary clinical point of contact for staff, patients, families, and physicians, ensuring high-quality, coordinated care delivery.
