Certification Qualifications: Required: Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the State of Illinois Required: Current Basic Life Support (AHA or American Red Cross BLS) certification Required: National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) by an accredited certifying body (AANP or ANCC).
