The Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care at a DCI in-center hemodialysis clinic as part of a patient care team. The Opportunity The Wellness Nurse - LPN/LVN is part of the Health & Wellness Team responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents under the supervision of registered nurses and healthcare professionals. What You’ll Do Detail daily reports to Nurse, or designated charge person, at end of shift Observe and report on residents’ health, escalating any problems efficiently and effectively Helping residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing Supporting residents with medication.
