This full-time role supports individuals with dual diagnoses of intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and severe mental illness (SMI) needs by integrating skilled nursing care, crisis stabilization, transitional planning, and intensive care coordination. Minimum Qualifications: To qualify you must have a Current Registered Professional Nurse in New York, Bachelors degree in Nursing from an accredited institution required, Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association, Fluent written and spoken English language skills.. Required Licenses: Registered Nurse License-NYS, Basic Life Support Cert Preferred Qualifications: Membership in pertinent professional organizations preferred.
