This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to high-quality care. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Medication Administration: Accurately prepare, administer, and document medications according to physician orders and company protocols. Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of medications in compliance with regulations. Monitor residents for adverse reactions or side effects and report concerns to the nursing team promptly. Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in residents' health status, behavior, and physical condition. Measure and record vital signs as needed. Assist with basic healthcare tasks under the supervision of licensed staff. Resident Engagement: Build positive relationships with residents through compassionate care and effective communication.
