Overview Medical Assistants provide basic, uncomplicated patient care and assist with unit/department operations under direct supervision of a physician, APRN, PA, or RN. Assignment of job responsibilities are delegated by the medical provider, RN, Charge Nurse, Nurse Manager or Resource Manager assigned to supervise the Care Assistant and in accordance with this job description.
