About this Job: General Summary of Position The Nurse Wellbeing Program Manager at the MedStar Health Center for Wellbeing (MCW) within the MedStar Institute for Innovation (MI2) leads and supports strategic projects that drive wellbeing transformation through nurse wellbeing initiatives across MedStar Health. The role manages complex cross-functional programs by identifying opportunities developing solutions and fostering a culture of wellbeing.
