Terms and Conditions apply** The Home Hospital Registered Nurse is responsible for providing the essential elements of the inpatient care delivery model into the patient’s defined living space using leveraged technology and remote clinical care coordination. The Home Hospital RN provides quality care to patients through the implementation of the nursing process applied through a team nursing model.
