The Professional Staff Nurse OR is a Registered Nurse and a member of the care delivery team. The Professional Staff Nurse OR is responsible to set the standards for the level and quality of care. The Professional Staff Nurse OR has responsibility, authority and accountability for the provision of nursing care.
