The Registered Nurse (RN) assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and supervises individual care patients in the psychiatric emergency department according to all current policies and procedures. The RN may provide supervision of non-RN (nursing) personnel i.e. MHW or PCA. The RN may be required to work on the inpatient psychiatric unit as needed. Summary This Psychiatric Registered Nurse position is located at CADD Exeter House in Exeter, RI. This variable shift position is full-time at 36 hours per week. Utilizing the nursing process, is responsible for providing for the acute and long-term nursing care needs of patients, families, and generic Program milieu within the context of Program, Department, and Hospital standards. Provides services to children and adolescents.
