This detox unit, featuring 16 private rooms in a calming setting, is the only type of medical detoxification unit with the ability to simultaneously manage SUD while treating new or underlying medical conditions. Physicians, advanced practitioners, registered nurses, patient care assistants and dietitians work side by side to treat medical issues or co-existing disorders that could be exacerbated during withdrawal.
