Neuro/Epilepsy The environment on our unit is fast-paced and collaborative, reflecting the complexity of our patients' conditions. We are dedicated to fostering a supportive culture where every team member feels empowered, valued, and well-equipped to deliver exceptional care. We care for adult patients aged 18 and older who are being treated for Ischemic and Hemorrhagic Stroke, TIA, Brain and Spinal Tumors, Cerebrovascular Intervention, Seizures, Altered Mental Status, Intractable Chronic Migraines, Subdural Hematomas, and Parkinson's. Our patients are unique because they have specialized neurological needs. Shift Days 7am-7pm KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborates in establishing the plan of care, coordinates and implements care delivery while anticipating patient care needs across the continuum. Analyzes comprehensive information pertinent to the patient's care and management to determine nursing diagnosis. Continually utilizes the nursing process to evaluate patient's progress towards goals and applies appropriate interventions to ensure effective outcomes.
