PERSONAL CELLPHONE POLICY Personal cellphone use must remain limited while providing client care. Extended personal telephone conversations, social-media use, watching videos, texting, or other personal activities that interfere with client care, supervision, or assigned responsibilities are not acceptable. The caregiver's primary attention must remain focused on the client and assigned responsibilities throughout the shift.
