Anticipate the needs of the surgical team by seamlessly handing instruments and supplies to the surgeon, ensuring the procedure flows efficiently and without delay. Assist the clinical team with the safe preparation, transportation, positioning, and draping of patients, keeping patient comfort and safety the top priority. Maintain a highly organized surgical field and rigorously track instrument and sponge counts throughout the procedure to prevent complications and guarantee patient safety.
