WHAT YOU'LL DO We are a 29 bed unit with a nurse to patient ratio of 1:6. We care for patients that are going through joint replacements, fractures, general trauma, ortho trauma, emergency general surgery, dislocations, etc. WHAT YOU'LL NEED At least 1 year of RN experience Nursing degree State or Compact License (TN license within 60 days of getting TN address even if compact license) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborates in establishing the plan of care, coordinates and implements care delivery while anticipating patient care needs across the continuum. Analyzes comprehensive information pertinent to the patient's care and management to determine nursing diagnosis. Continually utilizes the nursing process to evaluate patient's progress towards goals and applies appropriate interventions to ensure effective outcomes. We need a caregiver who understands that fall prevention requires constant awareness, close supervision, careful assistance, and proactive safety measures throughout the entire shift. The selected caregiver must be available to work all three scheduled days Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Consistent attendance is essential because the client depends on a stable routine and familiar caregivers. The client also has a small dog in the home.
