Responsibilities Under the general supervision of the Nurse Director and the direct supervision of a Registered or Licensed Vocational Nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant provides a variety of patient care activities across life span and accommodative services for assigned patients. These activities are carried out according to hospital policy, the hospital mission statement, and the philosophy of the Department of Nursing. Qualifications MINIMUM EDUCATION High school graduate or equivalent; relevant experience in lieu of High School Diploma/GED education will be considered.
