Diagnose and manage patients with urogynecologic and pelvic floor disorders. Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians. Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, and preventive care. Perform office-based procedures as appropriate and within scope of practice. Review diagnostic testing and communicate results to patients. Document clinical encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record (EMR). Coordinate care with referring physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare providers. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and practice growth efforts.
