On the HKU, patients range in age from neonates through adults. Patients may be receiving care for: Heart surgery Diagnostic or interventional cardiac catheterizations Dialysis Acute or chronic renal failure Nephrotic or nephritic disorders Organ transplantation All patient beds have cardiac and respiratory monitoring. About The Role As a Registered Nurse in our Level IV NICU, you’ll practice at the highest level of neonatal care, supporting the most critically ill and medically complex newborns. Our NICU is staffed by a full spectrum of pediatric subspecialists, highly trained neonatal nurses, and advanced technology, all dedicated exclusively to infants and children. Located on our main campus, our care model allows seamless, 24/7 collaboration with nationally recognized experts across pediatric medical and surgical subspecialties, including neurology and beyond. What You’ll Bring Minimum Education Minimum Work Experience BSN Graduated from an approved school of nursing. The disclosed salary range includes the minimum and maximum rates within which Children’s National believes an individual’s base pay rate will fall for this position.
