Illustrative Duties Graduate Nurse (T&RC) Prepares or assists with preparation of nursing care plans consistent with individuals’ comprehensive treatment plans and medical needs. Job Description The Department of Ambulatory Care Services at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing / Nurse Practitioner, Suite D Pediatrics. The successful candidate will: Provide primary care services to individuals and families; this will include care for incumbents own panel of patients, as well as seeing walk-in patients of the practice as needed.
