The critical care APP is credentialed by the medical staff and functions within their scope of practice in their jurisdictional area and in accordance with organizational medical staff bylaws. They are responsible for providing evidenced-based care for the management of patients, including assessment, implementation and evaluation of a detailed plan of care, which incorporates diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
