Overview: Advanced Practice Provider-Outpatient Transplant (Full-time) Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Transplant Outpatient Team. This role is responsible for the ongoing management and coordination of care for liver transplant patients in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.
