Competitive Hourly Compensation: Pay starting at $22–$28 per hour, based on experience, with potential for increase upon certification and performance. A long-term interest in growing within the field of ABA, including pursuing advanced care roles such as RBT and eventually BCBA. Behavior Technician Responsibilities: Work directly with children under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized ABA therapy. Follow treatment plans and interventions designed to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills. Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors. Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families. Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions. Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
