Minimum of 18 months of dialysis nursing experience . At least 12 months of clinical nursing experience . At least 12 months of experience providing nursing care to patients receiving maintenance dialysis , including training and experience with the dialysis process. Previous Clinical Nurse Manager or dialysis leadership experience required . Nursing home/skilled nursing facility experience preferred. Strong knowledge of CMS, ESRD Network, Federal, and New Jersey State regulations . Experience with QAPI, infection control, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Experience with EQRS, NHSN, ESRD reporting platforms, and EMR systems preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office . Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
